I am an American cinematographer and photojournalist with bases in Bristol, United Kingdom and Seattle, Washington with with extensive experience in natural history, motorsport, adventure and action-sport documentaries. I hold a first-class degree with honours in Marine and Natural History Photography from Falmouth University in the United Kingdom, and a certificate in Documentary Film Production from Capilano University's Documentary Film Production program in North Vancouver, BC.

My previous credits include Camera-Operator for The History Channel’s: Top Gear USA, with more recent credits including: series-wide AC and Aerial Cinematographer for America The Beautiful, and America’s National Parks (National Geographic/Disney+). More recently, I have been a series-wide cinematographer on Sentient (National Geographic on Disney+), as well as cinematographer on Evolution Earth (PBS) and on two more upcoming projects for Silverback Films and Plimsoll Productions (both currently under NDA).

My areas of expertise include wildlife, action and adventure-sport, obs-doc and motorsport genres. I specialize in drone, gimbal, and long-lens and sync camera-work with experience working in remote and hostile locations for extended periods of time. In addition to camerawork, I am a certified PADI Dive Master, and I am also an experienced backcountry canoe guide having lead extended multi-day white-water canoe expeditions through Quebec and Ontario, Canada.
